- Respect the property. We expect every tenant to clean up after themselves.
- Be courteous to other people.
- The driveway is for loading and unloading only. Park on the side streets.
- Pay your rent on time, due the 25th of each month.
- Security deposit equal to one months rent required. Refundable with a 30-day notice of leaving.
